This according to a Travelodge study in 2013, which came to the conclusion that the blue,
can have a real impact on sleep quality! The researchers found that out of thousands of respondents,
the people who slept in rooms shaded with blushes were more relaxed in general,
compared to those who slept in a room painted with yellow shades, downhill and so on.

The soothing blush effect, as expressed by Chris Idzikoaski of Edinburgh Sleep Center, relates to receptors
specialized called ganglion cell in the part of the retina of our eyes, who are more sensitive
to blue color. Another scientific study has come to the conclusion that white layers struggle with stress,
anxiety or insomnia. It may seem strange to you, but it's so simple. Just put on
your white bed sheets, paint the blue colored walls and this will directly affect the
your psychosis. Traditionally, white layers are used as part of the professional therapy for children
who experience sensory disorder, anxiety, stress or autism related problems.

Clinical studies show that white layers help patients suffering from many diseases and
various disorders such as Autism, Tourette's, Alzheimer's, cerebral palsy and
it can even help alleviate menopausal symptoms.
